W Review

W (2016)

This drama simply came to break people’s mind and the laws of reality and drama world. There is no other way to describe this piece of creativity. I don’t mean to exaggerate, but in all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much -and it wasn’t like TvN promoted the drama to the extend Uncontrollably Fond. But W exceeds story line, conflicts, and special effects’ expectations. Considering the amount of eye candy in the drama world, lots of girls -myself included- would love to find a way to travel into the manga world and end up with your perfect significant other.

Scholar Who Walks the Night Review

Scholar Who Walks the Night (2015)

I’ve always been skeptical about vampire Korean dramas, yet I will say that Scholar Who Walks the Night was a good introductory genre for more to come. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, but this story about love between a vampire and a human –though nothing new- was interestingly good in many ways. From the ever self-restrained beast and the classic damsel in distress, to the evil plot and a twist to historical dramas. Not to mention the birth of a new love and bias ;)

Let’s Fight Ghost Review

Let’s Fight Ghost (2016)

Surprise! Surprise! This was a most welcomed addition to my drama list. Nothing like treating the topic of ghosts and college life as an everyday thing. This drama is set up to lighten up the mood and be a retreat from other heavy dramas. Ok Taec Yeon hasn’t fail me yet, but I must admit his acting skills improved in this humorous action-suspense drama –and having gorgeous Kim So Hyun as his partner is even better. Not many will agree of this drama as a big hit, but it has its charm from the story and characters to the effects and the OST.
