My name is Bethmariz and I just love Korean Dramas. I love them so much that just talking about it wasn't enough. That is why I decided to create this blog -to share my opinion and hopefully motivate some viewers to watch dramas they haven't watch yet. In my reviews I try to avoid as much spoilers as I can, and I don't go into much details so that you, the reader and viewer, can enjoy the drama and make your own judgements. So the reviews take a general, superficial form.
I am an English teacher at a private high school and I am lucky enough to be working with my friend who is also and English teacher. The best part, and the reason I'm sharing this, is that both her and I love to watch Korean Dramas! How is that for destiny?
I also like to write, hence the idea for writing reviews. I studied radio and film production in high school, and so I have since then been a very analytical person when it came to film and television production. In other words, I am a very observant and picky person that likes to critique and analyze what I am watching. I not only like to write, I love listening to music, so I tend to pay a lot of attention to the story being told with the music -in this case the drama's OST choice.
Although I try to be as objective as I can, I belive it is impossible to put aside my opinions and preferences 100%. Knowing that, I decided to have fun with these reviews. I love doing drama marathons so sometimes I tend to wait for dramas to end so I can watch them. But from my experience when I am looking for dramas, the synopsis aren't always complete or accurate as to what the drama is about; thanks to this I have lost the oportunity to watch a couple of dramas early on. Hence, I took it upon myself to write short (without giving away to many details or surprises) and precise synopsises. Hopefully encouraging you to watch these dramas if you haven't yet.
