Cinderella and the Four Knights Review

Cinderella and the Four Knights (2016)

Looking for a classic tale with a modern twist, yet full of k-dramaism all over it? This is the perfect option. I will be honest and admit that I was not expecting much when I started watching this drama, but to my surprise I was hooked. Not to mention that in this version Cinderella doesn’t just get one prince but three and a half! And out of those four knights surrounding her, I would steal two away from her -no need for her to be that greedy; in the end, Cinderella ends up with one price. Everybody knows that!!

Healer Review

Healer (2015)

A super entertaining story with a deep background that links everything and is constantly present. That is one way of looking at this drama: objectively. What is the other way? Well, a hot story about hot Ji Chang Wook finding a purpose in life, love, justice, with action and comedy well balanced; with hot Ji Chang Wook. Did I get my point across? Of course, this is a more subjective way to look at the drama and I will tell you why.

Faith: The Great Doctor Review

Faith (2012)

Looking for a historical drama with a hint of fiction and a hot general that will do anything to protect the woman he loves? You’re at the right place! I don’t think Faith: The Great Doctor is a well-known drama or if it’s in anyone else’s favorite list, but it is in mine- with some reservations. I think the fact that I have watched this drama mora than twice says enough. Not to mention this drama is full of lovey-dovey and saving scenes- which is right up my alley.

W Review

W (2016)

This drama simply came to break people’s mind and the laws of reality and drama world. There is no other way to describe this piece of creativity. I don’t mean to exaggerate, but in all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much -and it wasn’t like TvN promoted the drama to the extend Uncontrollably Fond. But W exceeds story line, conflicts, and special effects’ expectations. Considering the amount of eye candy in the drama world, lots of girls -myself included- would love to find a way to travel into the manga world and end up with your perfect significant other.

Scholar Who Walks the Night Review

Scholar Who Walks the Night (2015)

I’ve always been skeptical about vampire Korean dramas, yet I will say that Scholar Who Walks the Night was a good introductory genre for more to come. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much, but this story about love between a vampire and a human –though nothing new- was interestingly good in many ways. From the ever self-restrained beast and the classic damsel in distress, to the evil plot and a twist to historical dramas. Not to mention the birth of a new love and bias ;)
